Company liquidation

Consultations on liquidation of companies. We perform tax assessment to show what tax liabilities arise when a company is liquidated;

We prepare all necessary documents, submit them to the appropriate authorities, and liquidate the company. During the liquidation process we represent the company at the State Enterprise Centre of Registers, the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, the State Social Insurance Fund Board under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour (“Sodra”).

Liquidation takes about 5-8 months.
