Corporate reorganisation (IĮ to UAB and MB to UAB)
IĮ is reorganised into a UAB if the assets of the private company (IĮ), less of all liabilities, is not less than the minimum authorised capital for a private limited company (not less than 2500 EUR). If the assets are insufficient, the owner of the private company is entitled to make additional contributions in cash. IĮ can also be transformed into AB, MB, VÐĮ. Reorganisation of MB into UAB
MMB is reorganised into UAB if the assets of the small partnership, less of all liabilities, is not less than the minimum authorised capital for a private limited company (not less than 2500 EUR). If the assets are insufficient, the owner of the small community is entitled to make additional contributions in cash.
